The Department and Staff Uniform project focused on designing a cohesive series of t-shirts for multiple teams — including Guest Service, Kids Team, Operations, and Crew Staff — for both Conference and World Tour events. The goal was to establish a unified visual identity across departments while allowing each team to maintain its own distinctive character. The designs balanced practicality and comfort with visual clarity, ensuring each uniform reflected the spirit and function of the team it represented.

The process began with initial concept sketches, exploring color combinations, typography placements, and logo integration to best convey each department’s role. These ideas were then developed into detailed mockups using Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator, allowing for experimentation with layout, scale, and garment fit. Once the final concepts were approved, precise artwork files and measurement specifications were formatted and sent to the factory for production. This ensured consistency in colour, print alignment, and sizing across all uniforms, resulting in a professional and cohesive presentation for the brand’s public-facing events.
